In our current educational climate, parents are making increasingly sophisticated demands on their children's schools. Now, with more than 12 years of experience and research in children's education and development, we at Jan & Elly continue to take pride and pleasure in creating a very special place where your child not only engages with lessons in class, but also benefits from the enrichment of her intellect and creative powers.

Our specialities are English and Phonics. We also specialise in making them fun. As a matter of fact, we began by offering Phonics classes and are well established in that field. Recognising the importance of excellent communication skills in English, we have established strong programmes in reading, comprehension, writing and presentation skills. These include specialised English curricula for kids in lower- and upper-primary school and, in response to numerous requests we've received, focused classes preparing students for their English PSLE.

In keeping with our belief that a child's development should be well-rounded and whole, we have enrichment programmes which nurture the imagination and intellect through an engagement with all the five senses. Our aim is to hone and perfect your kid's English language fluency in ways that also develop his critical thinking and social skills.

At Jan & Elly we combine an up-to-date, results-oriented curriculum with creative teaching methods and cool class activities your kids will love. Through constant research and participation in international conferences on education, my team of dedicated teachers and in-house curriculum specialists and I source the best programmes and practices from around the world. But we always customise them to local requirements, taking every care to keep our curricula relevant and contemporary.
