The A to Your Qs

It's simple! Book an assessment at any one of our centres. Each assessment takes only about 15 to 20 minutes, and from the results, we will then recommend the best Phonics level for your young one. Do contact us here or send us a Whatsapp text to set up an appointment.

Due to space constraints and ease of classroom management, parents may walk their child to the classroom, only if necessary, but don't linger or enter the classroom. Otherwise, best to say bye at the main door, inculcating independence and self confidence in your child.

Each group class lesson is 1.5 hours long.

Our small class sizes are capped at between 8 and 10 students, subject to the size of a classroom, to each teacher.

Each academic year consists of four terms. There are 11 lessons in each term. Lessons not conducted on a planned holiday will be made up the following week or another scheduled day and time.

We are closed on public holidays (and eve of CNY, Christmas and New Year’s Day). There are no classes two weeks in June and most of December during term holidays. The latest class term dates and lesson dates can be downloaded from our website.

Our teachers are trained to deliver Phonics, Reading, Writing and Primary School English for ages 4–12.

Yes. We reinforce core skills—vocabulary, grammar, comprehension and writing—so students are well prepared for Primary School English and classroom expectations.

Through lesson observations, skills checklists and term assessments. We share updates so you can support learning at home. Teachers also give a short briefing to parents a few minutes before each class ends.

Small-group, teacher-led instruction with guided practice and individual feedback, followed by independent work to build fluency.
