Our family has been with this tuition centre for over 10 years, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. The teachers are dedicated and genuinely care about each student’s progress. I’ve seen my kids grow in confidence and enjoy learning, thanks to their teachers’ encouragement and dedication.The admin staff are also friendly, organised, and always willing to help, making communication smooth for parents. It really feels like a community that grows with your child.

Highly recommend Jan and Elly for English enrichment classes! From not knowing how to read books to knowing how to recognise words and having great interest in reading and writing. It’s such a wonderful change in my girl and we are really grateful to have such nurturing teachers and administrator in the centre :) looking forward to enrolling my other kid next year!

Highly recommend parents who want kids to read to join Jan & Elly！My 5 years-old learns phonic sounds in preschool but can’t read. To enable her to read, we sent her to an established reading centre which has many branches in SG. Kid attended for half a year but still can’t read. In the end we switched kid to Jan & Elly, she can blend words and read after just attending the 2nd phonics class with Ms Chelsey. We observe our kid reading ability, confidence, interest getting better and better after each session with Ms Chelsey. Kid also often correct our wrong pronunciation of words. My kid looks forward to attending her weekly fun phonics class. Chelsea and Manisha from Jan & Elly are wonderful phonics teachers! They are always so patient and caring with the children. We love Jan & Elly! The small class sizes mean teachers can give each child plenty of attention. The materials are thoughtfully designed, with little booklets sent home each week to revise key words. The teachers are knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to ensuring that my children understand the learning material well. My girl has been taking phonic classes with J&E since last year and she enjoys going for her classes with Teacher Dan. The learning materials are well structured and progress of the child is well tracked.

My daughter attends phonics class at Jan and Elly. They have created a very warm and engaging environment for learning, and my daughter enjoys her classes here! Each lesson is bite sized which helps with memory retention. The teachers are really good with the kids and make learning fun. Highly recommend!

I really like how the teachers are very detailed in what they learned and also explains after every lesson what is needed to be improved and what he’s able to do on his own.

Still have room for improvement for his reading but so far enjoying the progress.

The teachers at Jan & Elly at Greenwich V are very professional. I like how they make the effort to do a debrief to the parents after every session so that we know what have been taught and what should be revised with my child.
